What to look for
Lion’s Mane supplements vary a lot. Some are made from mycelium grown on grain, with the grain ground in, which bulks out the product. These are the points worth checking on any label, and how ours compare.

What’s in each product, and how to take it
Lion’s Mane Tincture, 30ml
Ingredients: Lion’s Mane extract, distilled water, food-grade ethanol.
How to take it: start with 3–5 drops a day and build up to 1–2ml. Hold under the tongue for 30 seconds, or mix into water or tea.
Lion’s Mane Capsules, 90 × 500mg
Ingredients: freeze-dried Lion’s Mane extract powder in a clear vegetable capsule.
How to take it: 1–3 capsules in the morning, taken daily.

Common questions
Does the tincture contain alcohol?
Yes, it’s made with food-grade ethanol. If you’re sensitive to alcohol, mix the drops into warm water or tea, or choose the capsules instead.
How long does each product last?
That depends on how much you take. At the starting amounts, each product lasts several weeks.
When is the best time to take it?
We suggest taking the capsules in the morning. The tincture can go under the tongue or into your morning tea, whichever fits your routine.
Is it suitable for children?
Use our alcohol-free Lion’s Mane Kids tincture instead. It is not suitable for children under 3.
Can I take it with medication?
Check with a qualified healthcare professional first, especially if you are pregnant, nursing or on medication.
