Does the tincture contain alcohol? Yes, it’s made with food-grade ethanol. If you’re sensitive to alcohol, mix the drops into warm water or tea, or use the capsules instead.

How long will the bundle last? That depends on how much you take. At the starting amounts, each product lasts several weeks.

Is it suitable for children? Use our alcohol-free Lion’s Mane Kids instead. It is not suitable for children under 3.

Can I take it with medication? Check with a qualified healthcare professional first, especially if you are pregnant, nursing or on medication.
